We are so honored to be walking beside you on this journey of leadership growth, deeper presence, and genuine connection — both to yourself and your team.

Thank you to everyone who joined us at The Sunlights Pro Academy for the last Beauty Leadership Lab. The room was filled with wisdom, heart, and class — a collective energy of purpose that reminded us why this work matters so much. We were incredibly proud to lead such an extraordinary community of salon leaders and visionaries.

At Beauty Leadership Lab, our goal was to welcome you into a space where you don’t have to carry everything alone — a space that supports you not just as a business leader, but as a human being who is constantly learning, evolving, and expanding.

As you continue integrating what you learned, we invite you to hold onto two grounding truths at the heart of our work:
