On Monday, March 30th at 11:00 AM EST, we'll gather for the very first pre-retreat session of the Élevé Leadership Retreat journey. This is the opening moment of what will become a powerful shared experience leading us toward our time together in Tulum.

This first gathering is designed for both our confirmed attendees and those who are curious about what The ​Élevé ​Leadership Retreat truly is. Our 2 hour session will provide an intimate look inside the retreat experience... the vision, the flow, the monumental specialness of each moment and the transformational work we'll create together.

During this 1st session of 6, over the next 4 months, we'll explore:

What will happen during the 6 Day/5-night retreat itinerary and our time together in Tulum.

The Mission & scope of our work together as leaders stepping into a new era.

The Transformation you can expect from this experience; personally, professionally, and creatively.

The Leadership Legacy Videos each attendee will create in Tulum: powerful video content filmed and designed to share your leadership voice with the world

Our Agenda for the remaining 5 Pre-Retreat Leadership Sessions; a four-month journey of learning, preparation, reflection, and growth leading to the retreat.

For The 1st part: Sharing our mission, retreat look book, itinerary, details and how I'll coach you to write inspiring scripts for filming your leadership legacy videos.

2nd part: In the educational portion of our session, we’ll begin our first leadership framework:"Recalibrations for the 6 Systems in Modern Salon/Spa Leadership" where we'll outline our 6 scripting categories.

In this two-hour, free-access session, we'll cover these 6 scripting categories: Together, we’ll introduce the 6 leadership storytelling categories you'll develop during the Élevé journey: 1.) Script Category 1: How to Share Your Personal & Business Leadership Brand 2.) Script Category 2: How to Develop Your Employer Brand & Employee Experience 3.) Script Category 4: Performance: How You Grow Your Team's Careers (Career Paths, Leveling Up, Goals & Performance Evaluations) 5.) Script Category 5: Compensation Philosophy; How You Grow Your Team's Income (Scalable Pay Plans, Benefits Wallets, Performance Pay & Bonus Methodology) 6.) Script Category 6: Marketing; How You Grow Your Team's Clientele
